  • What type of payments do you accept?

Right now we accept Cash, Credit Card, and PayPal.  Our credit card processing is done through PayPal to ensure our customers have a secure and fast way to pay.  You don't need a PayPal account to pay with a credit card but you will be directed to their website.  Our website does not keep any personal information.

A "full day" is typically from 9/10 am to about 7/8 pm but we are very flexible.  Our goal is to make sure you are satisfied and that the kids have a fun & safe experience.  Let us know what times work best for you and we will be happy to try and accommodate your request.

  • I sent you a message or email and haven't received a response.  Why?

We respond to all messages or emails within 24 hours.  If you haven't received a response via email please check your "junk" email folder to see if our response is in there.  If it's not then please call us so we can answer any questions you have.

  • How long is a "full day"?

  • Do you meet Texas regulations?

Austin Area Moonwalks meets all requirements set forth by the Texas Department of Insurance, including annual inspections, registration fees & insurance.  There are several unsafe companies that don't comply with Texas regulations so we always encourage you to ask for their Texas Amusement Ride Compliance Sticker.  Please don't settle for an unsafe & illegal Moonwalk at your next event.

You can reserve equipment for your event as early as you would like.  We actually encourage you to book early (especially for holidays) to ensure it's still available.  We do require a $40 deposit to reserve the equipment for your date/time slot.
